Testimonials

As a wedding photographer and as a bridesmaid, I have worked with Kerry for numerous weddings. Her sweet and easy-going spirit mixed with her organization and ability to control a crowd were the reasons I had to have her for The NotWedding. The day of The NotWedding was crazy for me- I was running around talking to multiple people at once- and somehow Kerry slipped in and managed the entire ceremony and organization of it all like it was no big deal. I cannot say enough about how fabulous it was to have that weight off my shoulders and in the hands of someone I knew I could trust!

Hannah and Adam - September 15, 2007

Hannah and Adam.

What a beautiful wedding!

Hannah and Adam both have step-parents and that can sometimes leave only a little room to maneuver without stepping on anyone's toes. Also, Hannah's wish was to be given away by her father as well as her two big brothers...who were also groomsmen. Between special music and prayer, we were able to move the brothers around with minimal distraction (or even awareness) of the guests.

Below are some of Hannah's gorgeous bridal portraits.

Just the beginning...

If this is post is at the top of the list when you visit this blog...you're finding Shiloh.Fusion Events at it's very genesis.

How did I get here, you ask...well, my mom is an incredible organizer...Boy Scout events, birthday parties, retreats. That's the kind of stuff I grew up watching my mom do. And so, I learned how to anticipate every possible outcome (well, almost every) and to have a response for each...to have a plan instead of a reaction. I learned to think through what could happen and be ready for it.

And, that's how I plan/coordinate/direct/execute events. It brings me such pleasure to pour hours of thought, work, discussion and decoration...and then stand back and watch the joy and pleasure in the eyes of the bride and groom or whomever the client may be.

I love a well-done event...the success of hard work.

If this post is at the top of the list...come back soon! I'll be adding pictures and details of events in which I've participated in the past...you'll get a better idea of what I love to do.

And so it begins...
